Sure.I have very few worthless posessions,this computer belongs to my sister,so that would be fine!LOL! I've lived with nothing but the clothes on my back before,got things stolen and ripped away in an instant.Wouldn't be anything new for me.No one can be positive about the exact date of our ultimate doom,because of all the previous scares and all,Though Science has a few ideas,but I think the world will end sometime soon.Next few years.We shall all see,so won't we?:)*+++++*

If you really want to have people put their money where their mouth is, have them give away their possessions now. If the world ends in 2012, giving away possessions the next year doesn't help anyone. :-)

i would suggest a change in the location of the north star. the equinox. every few thousand years, the polar star shifts to a new star. that means the earth gets shifted and that might be the expected event.

Signing over my possessions isn't effective. The gloom and dooomers are buying gold, guns, survival kits and such.
