I have a Samsung LCD TV 46" model LN-T4669F which when you want to turn it on keeps on cycling on and off (making clicking sounds) without the picture coming on. The situation got progresively worse in the past two months to where it do

i had a 50" samsung plasma, it kept clicking on then off randomly :S we got it sent back eventually after loads of engineer visits and arguments with the company, so we got a better more expensive tv to replace it and £100 back and a free printer :D lol

power supply issue - quite common on this set. If it is still covered by factory warr call customer service and open a service file, if not most good servicers can repair this
