If men can get "jock itch" can women get "crotch itch" or something else? What would you name it?

Women can, and do, get it. Just less common then men. It is a fungus called tinea cruris. In women, the itching may also be a sign of a yeast infection. And I suggest the name Panty Scratch Fever.

I think crotch rot is the same kind of thing (that's unisex), it's kind of like adult nappy rash, caused by moisture + a built up of bacteria from sweating, and the skin not being able to 'breathe'.

My husband has jock itch. It began this summer with wearing a wet bathing suit too long. Meanwhile, as his wife, I am red and itching inside every fold and crevice of my crotch area...I am using Vagisil wipes; what else should I do?
