You can get a decent enough free one (or several) at Wikidot (http://www.wikidot.com/), or you can apply for one at Wikia (http://www.wikia.com/wiki/Wikia), which is generally more professional and Wikipedia-like in its design. I managed to get a wiki started about Noam Chomsky, but I haven't edited it in ages (http://noamchomsky.wikia.com/wiki/The_Chomsky_Wiki).
With all the release of the WikiLeaks cables,why hasn't there been any exposing 9/11 as an "inside job"?
