I usually check it each day. answer a few friends questions or search any interesting questions about guns. (that's how I found AB from a gun question search)

pretty much everyday. The longest I have gone without visiting since I became a member 9months ago, has been 4 days and thats b/c I went outta town and did not have a computer.

At least once a day - the minimum is checking out comments to follow up on it.

I'm on the computer everyday for a multitude of reasons and always have to check on AB. It distracts me from a lot of the negativity I have to deal with.
