If she did eat her babies there would be leftovers like bones and other hard parts...

It's way to early for them to be weaned yet, at least 1-2 weeks more of milk, so you will have to handfeed them KMR (kitten milk replacer) And it's way to early for the doe to have had another litter so keep a close eye on the new kits to make sure she is feeding them enough and you don't lose them. If you are in the USA, get some Calf Manna and a feed or livestock store and feed the doe about 1-2 tablespoons of Calf Manna each day to keep her health and nutrition up so you don't lose her either. Here's a good link that explains how to hand feed rabbits:http://www.rabbit.org/faq/sections/orphan.html

She could have eaten them, especially from the stress of giving birth so soon. She might also eat them if they are deformed.

no its best to leave her babies in the nest and when she does have the next litter make sure u give them milk replacer because she may kill her new litter

First, keep the buck away from that doe, you should bread in the bucks cage then move the doe to back to her own (I generally left them together at most 24 hours) if you intend to bread them. Litters are weaned anything from 5 to 7 weeks, you should most likely hand raise the older litter as the new litter would be weaker and need the colostrum, as other posters state, use kmr and a kit bottle for hand feeding. I would advise you remove them however, now, at 4 weeks they should do fine on kmr, however her nursing and trying to maintain a pregnancy is hard on the bun, and hard on the kits.
