Of course this would have to involve the neighbours of the child. Make up a list of easy questions about anything a person could know about the neighborhood. E/G. Who is Mayor, What is the prefix phone number for the area, what is the principal of the schools name, etc. For every question they get wrong, a fine is given. If they don't want to participate, would they donate a fee towards helping the school. Could be fun.
