Help answer this question below.

I got a citation for Retail theft , and never showed up for court and didn't have the money to pay the fine. What happens now? Will there be a warrant? I am so scared, it's my first offense

    Yes, a warrant will be issued. The next time you run into the police ofr any reason, they'll run your license and the warrant will show up.

    When court calls, you go. Even if you didn't have money to pay the fine, the court would likely have worked out something. You might want to come clean with the police and get the whole thing resolved. Good luck.

    Chances are there will be a warrant. Should have went to court and they would have probably set up a payment plan but you ignored it..pay the consequence

    There has been a bench warrant issued for your arresst. They WILL come to your home and they WILL take you to jail. Then you'll have to rely on someone to bond you out, or either you will remain in jail for about a week, until the judge hears your case. That's what you get for disrespecting authority. You aren't dealing with your parents, dear. When you decided to steal, you put yourself in the big leagues.
