Where does it say that? Anyway attempting to apply logic to a belief system is pointless. All arguments get the deus ex machina treatment. How can you argue with anyone reasonably who believes their source material is divinely infallible?

First, you need to know that Islam means the believe in and the total submission to the will of Allah, the ONE TRUE GOD (The CREATOR). A Muslim is the person who believes in and submits to the will of Allah (The Creator), the One True GOD. People are born with no idea about any god(s) or deities. Feral children are an excellent example of this. With no parents to indoctrinate them, children grow up without a religion or a belief in god.
