Question for Guys: Could you ever fall in love (or have you ever fallen in love) with a single mum? Could you foresee any problems with that relationship?

I did. I saw no problem, and thought the kid was kinda cute, but as it turned out, she'd been spoiled by her grandparents in her first 3 years, and so never really accepted me as her father, although I did try.

Most of us guys would have no problem falling for a single mother. Problems only arise if: 1.) The mother starts trying to take the guy for all the money he has. 2.) The guy expects the woman to show more interested in him than the child. 3.) The child really doesn't take to the new guy. If you can avoid those 3 main things, you have a great shot at something wonderful. Best of luck. God bless!

I did and things can work out fine, I'm single again now and don't ever plan on getting involved again. Confirmed bachelor from here on out.

IF she has a hellion for a child ... who screams and yells "I want" ; until he /she gets it .... as the mother stands there saying, "What can I do ?" .... THEN when she constantly OBAYS the kid .. NO WAY .... I don't need someone's spoiled brat causing problems .
