Download AVG just do a google search for it.

go to mcafee.com and enter your account and Dl then reinstall

You need to have AV software, and it's obvious McAfee isn't up to snuff. Personally, I would have gone with Avira to begin with. Sure, it's not *quite* as n00b-feindly as AVG or McAfee, but it's far more effective than either, and it's free. AVG is nice, but it's not really all that effective. They used to be the best but they got complacent and let themselves slide.
