Well,mostly,to be honest,that is one of those things that don't bother me as much as most do.I see people like this as little dumb ignorant idiots,and I sometimes feel sorry for them,or even laugh.Everyone who has a brain in their head can see what an idiot they are,so I mostly just let them punish themselves.Works every time! :)*+++++*

If there is anything I can do, such as going to Human Resources at work, I do what is available to me. Assuming, that is, that Human Resources is also not going to do the same and is not going to make the problem worse. However, usually there is nothing you can do about it so you walk on by.
