  • It is nothing to do with the weight, that is crap!!...it is to do with the material and the sewing...buy cheap and pay with what you get, the bra is wrongly lined so it cannot sit properly:)
  • O.o Hello Ailsa... lol Umm... I have a suggestion (but you're gonna have to know how to sew)... By the way; the weight of your chest wouldn't do it... If anything that would silence it... I'm guessing you're referring to them squeaking towards the center correct? Where the 2 under wires rub together? Okay, simple... Take some cotton (cotton balls will work) and a pair of scissors and make an incision towards the center of the bra. Make the incision where the wires are stored... Stuff some cotton in, and sew it shut... Should work... You could also try bending the wires slightly back instead of using the cotton (still have to make the incision in the bra and sew it) or take some wire cutters and cut the piece (about a centimeter piece) closest to the center off... Or... WD40? lol Hope this helps... :D (however, I'm a guy just making an estimate...)
  • Buy those little "heel pads" that go in shoes, and peel off the backing and stick them to the inside of the bra, where the squeaking occurs. They will only last for a couple of washings, so get a good supply. The sewing suggestion of Mr Nice Guy is good, but you don't need to insert the cotton, you can simply use several ply s of thread and sew around and around the ends right through the fabric.
  • I have a pretty hefty chest and ONLY wear wired bras. I have never had a problem with them squeaking. Are you sure it didn't come equipped with a little mouse and he is excited? LOL There is obviously something rubbing, just use the thread and resew the wire down.
  • Ailsa, I have a fool-proof method to stop your bra from squeaking: Take it off :-).
  • I have never had one squeak! I've never heard of this ... very interesting!
