I like it flat on my back - pillow under my hips - "pork away pal". He does all the work.
Doggy style is good as well.
Size does matter for me. But 5 inches is fine provided it is thick. For me it is all about feeling and seeing the spunk fly onto my belly or feeling it land on my bum.
