A night sleep schedule that lasted more than 24 hours? That is a whole day and night sleep schedule! Can you please clarify that? Hmmm ok.. if you are going to sleep late, do you wake up late? Have you tried doing exercise before bed time? Having a hot bath to relax? Stuff like that? I could send you a copy of my thesis.. that would put you to sleep!

I used to have terrible insomnia. If you can't sleep, don't stay lying in bed, otherwise your subconscious will connect your bed with not being able to sleep. So get up and watch telly or read a book, but don't read or do ANYTHING in bed other than sleeping. Another thing that I find helps is bread and butter. just one slice. I don't know why, but it helps me every time. Hot milk and honey is good too. I used to have a shot of whisky in some warm milk with honey and a bit of lemon juice, it would put me right to sleep. Don't have more than a shot hehehe!!! Hope this helps, if i am just repeating everything others have said, forgive me! =)
