  • Exercise moderately,and eat a balanced diet.We know what we're talking about,because we've more experience,and we're trying to help you.Just take the advice,ask your Mom or Dad,or whoever is the adult caring for you to buy some green vegetables for you,and create salads with lots of colors,low fat cheeses,and lean meats.Drink plenty of water,and do an hour of exercise a day.There IS NO lose weight quick scheme that is healthy for a teenage girl.You have to be patient,and if losing weight is worth making yourself sick over,you may be in need of some serious self-examination.I say this not to hurt you,but to help you.*+++++*
  • Why so fast? Get a girdle and some spanx and then figure out how to do it healthy.
