How do children deserve or not deserve it. We are responsible for bringing children into the world and it is our parenting that makes them who they are. To punish children in a will is pathetic to me and shows a great deal of mean-spiritedness.

Yes, deserving or not, they are my children and I will leave them everything I have when I die. Why not make peace with your kids while you're still alive. Now. While you still can - THAT would be an inheritance worth leaving behind.
