(The Art of War) No, War is not Peace. War is not the path to peace. This is "doublespeak" and is used to justify preemptive attack.

Impossible, if you want short peace then you result to war; by forcibly making people accept your ideas you only start up another rebellion down the rode who follow your example. the only way to have "peace" is to have a unified government which I am not down for really.
