  • Please be sensible about this. When you stop eating, it works AGAINST you when you are trying to lose weight. Your body not only slows your metabolism, but hoards fats and other substances. If you want to lose weight, and KEEP it off, speak with your doctor about a SENSIBLE diet and exercise program. Starvation is deadly - and certainly not the answer. Isn't your life worth doing it the RIGHT way?
