Here in the UK the weather forecast comes from the Meteorolgy Office ,a government department,that has stations all over the UK. They then collate the information and estimate the weather forecast to be put out on radio and TV. However their finding are for sale to other organisations to collate and some of these make far more accurate forecasts than theirs.
