Your 'P's and 'Q's are pretty much a rule of thumb. Never underestimate the power of politess! As for appearance, showered, nice-smelling and shaved at all times, but dress depends upon the situation. As for communication, don't mumble, use as little slang as possible without sounding like a pompous brat, and don't speak too loudly. Oh, and mind your 'like's. I hope this helps somewhat.
