There is a possibility that she is just speaking out of the moment. People say hurtful things right off the bat before they are able to think it through. After she has thought about it she may change her mind. BUT remember most girls have memories like elephants. Just take it slow with her when she comes back. Unless you cheated on her ... then you are toast ... I wouldn't trust you then either.

I think that once trust is lost ya you may get it back but whatever you did will always be in the way of the relationship it will probably get brought up everytime you argue

Well if it was me and I said that to a dude I wouldn't even think about uttering those words unless I meant it so sadly yes it certainly looks like it.
