  • Say the truth about him, what kind of person he is, but don't yell, don't cry, better laugh and mock him. Say, how he will end up finally, if this kind of action continues.

  • Don't answer the phone, belive me that will be the biggest send off you can give him !! By the way start healing yourself, stay calm and take time to recover. Don't talk to him, it will drive him mad !!
  • Pick up the phone. When he identifies himself, carefully hang up. No words. No anger. Nothing will hurt him more. Continue until he gives up. Maybe for as much as a few months. Never, never let him know you are in anyway emotionally involved any more. Not angry, not sorry, nothing. And don;t be tempted to tell him, or to talk to him. Just a quiet click as the phone goes down.
  • sighs i too have just recently been with a abusive psychotic person.. ive been there done that..same things happened to me as u went through.. well i told him off [via email]i said he was a loser he's freaking sick in the head and that he didn't deserve me and to leave me alone. oh and i also told him to quit abusing ppl cuz it really hurts mentally and psychically. and what he does is evil and wrong on so many levels!!! dear i hope u dont go back to him..he will nvr change.. good luck i hope things get better for u take care and plz remember no one that truly loves u will ever hurt u.
