I need a clever/flirty response when I catch him harmlessly flirting with other women. I know he does it just to see if I still care, so how can I keep it light, but still imply "yes, I noticed, yes I still want you all to myself, you sexy man!" :-)

Option 1: I wouldn't say anything. Pretend you don't care. It will piss him off and he's playing games so why can't you? Option 2: Be straight with him and say what you think but I wouldn't do it if there is a chance he's just doing it to mess with you and isn't interested in a relationship.

If you know he's doing it to see if you still care, and you're tolerating it, then you're playing games. The end result is that you'll likely end-up hurt. You should move on and find someone who doesn't play games with you to keep your interest piqued.
