The other person is responsible for the damage he caused, which is limited to the rear bumper. The mechanic would know there were no airbags, so if you're trying to get something for free you'd have to get him to lie. Is committing fraud really worth it?

You're reading I bought an acura tl with no airbags and got rear ended by another car my lawyer wants me to bring the car to a shop to get it fixed Will the other person insurance pay for my airbags and my rear bumper or will they just fix the damage caused from the car
