  • No one works that hard. Just find similar homes in the area which have sold recently. Unless your home has a significant difference from these other homes, (which is unlikely,) that's what the assessor will work with. A significant difference you would want to point out would be: smaller lot significantly older home. (30 to 40+ years older than the other homes) In really bad shape with significant defects. Old and never remodeled.
