I have been married for less than a year, she have left the house in two occasions, can I null the marriage?

Doesn't sound like it. Depending on the state where you live, you can only get an annullment for either non-consumation of the marriage (good luck proving that one if you've been married for over a year) or other egregious behavior like alcoholism/drug addiction, incarceration, fraud

No, not at all. We were dating, then she got pregnant and she was living with me and left the house, once. Then, we got married and left the house again, but this time she took the baby into Mexico. I have always chase her, and even suggested to get family counseling but she refused.

Legally, I don't believe the judge would allow the annullment............Why does she stay home?.......Do you enable her to?...Are you an enabler?
