First, I recommend you stop self medicating yourself. If you are going to stop and want to use Suboxone to stop it (I know people who have and it works very well), then you need to go to the Suboxone website (http://www.suboxone.com/), find a doctor that can prescribe it in the proper doses, and get off of the other drugs the right way. Otherwise, there's no point in doing anything if you aren't going to stop the right way. NOTE: If your serious about this, be completely, and I mean COMPLETELY, honest with the doctor. He won't judge you and is there to help you, but he can't help if you don't tell him everything you are taking and you may end up dead or worse if he prescribes you something and it interacts with something else you're taking because you weren't honest with him. So do yourself and him a simple favor, just be honest.

I used methadone and had no problems getting off oc's and heroin. If I were you, I'd stay away from xanax,it's highly addictive and can cause seizures when detoxing.I would be skeptical of a doctor who prescribes xanax to a recovering addict. Good Luck & Be Careful
