I didn't have my own dryer until I was 25. When the weather didn't permit me to hang them outside and I didn't have enough money to bring them to the laundry mat; I used to hang them all over the inside of my house from hangers anywhere I could, including curtain rods. Then I would pray nobody would show up at the door until they dried! If I needed, say, a pair of jeans, I would actually iron them dry; making sure not to burn them. This is embarrassing, but you do what you can with what you have.

I have a portable washer that hooks up to my kitchen sink. I do not have a dryer either. I hang my clothes and everything else up on hangers, including sheets. I put the towels, wash cloths and dish cloths on the back of my kitchen chairs. Everything dries overnight. I have no where to put a dryer in my small apartment so this system has been working for years for me. I hope you get your clothes dried soon. :-) * I've been thinking about getting one of those wooden clothes racks one can hang their laudry on to dry. That might work for you too. :-)

Hang them under a fan.Use a hair blow dryer.

You could hang clothes in your house somewhere to dry.
-
You can hang them in a well ventilated room of your house while it rains. You can get a clothes horse or rack to dry clothes on. To do this too much in an unventilated room can cause damp, but I would not worry about it at all for light use.

Do you have a bathroom? A little laundry cord stretched across the bathroom makes a nice little drying spot.

Do you not have any radiators?

Put your washing on an airer infront of your radiatr.

If all else fails put your clothes on hangers and scatter them about the house.
