Do black people from other countries besides the U.S. call each other the "N" word?

In some rap doc they were tlaking about other talented rapartist, when they started to explore South Africa the N-word was used by some. These are also the same people who try to use Black American lingo though. I doubt most of them do. A good portion of my Black friends no longer use the N-word either.

I'm from france and it does happen but no half as much as in usa. They're usually tryin to be "gangsta"*lol* but its very rare * to my knowledge they say it to "hurt". Some think its hip..i think as a black personne its quite stupid.

in the uk they do bur i dont know why its ok for blacks to use the word bit if any other color uses the word they scream discrimination.surely its racism against every other color if the blacks are the only ones who can use the word.
