How come when people answer questions you can only give them a few points? there's been times I would like to give more points for the better answers.

As you get more points and ur level goes higher thats when u get to give more points, the higher level u r the more points u can give.

As you rise in levels, you are allowed to give more points. AND, you can always go back, and give more points (when you earn the privilege) to those you originally gave points to. (You can give two points, now. When you can give more - up to five for questions at level 40, up to six for answers at level 43), you can go back over your old questions and increase the points you originally gave to your maximum.)
