If you're driving a vehicle that doesn't have proof of insurance within it, you're breaking the law in many states. You're lucky you only got a ticket.
As a side issue, your friend should reimburse you for at least half the insurance part of the ticket and for all of the no-plate part of the ticket.
A small Kentucky church has chosen to ban marriages and even some worship services for interracial couples. Is this legal?

You're reading I was driving a friends car and didnt think to ask if he had insurance and well we got pulled over for no front license plate in Illinois,and got a ticket for no insurance since the vehicle was not mine can i still get the ticket or can i get out of it
