  • well, if you ran as much as I have playing high school and college basketball, they are slim..loll... also, lot of hereditary stuff involved! +5
  • By slimming down overall - by loosing fat cells on the entire body. But by running or walking alot, the effect might be more muscle mass in the legs, which is not really slimming but re-shaping the leg.
