Me pay? Nope...if they pay me to cart a book away I will and thereafter it will go directly in the trash. He lies..all the time. I see it for free on TV. Why should I pay to read more lies? Illogical m'dear! :)

You figure the book will probably retail for about $30 so I'll pay $45 not to have to read it. $70 if I can avoid all reviews of and references to it.

Nothing. I prefer my toilet paper on a roll; no need to buy expensive, bound, tear-off sheets.

If it's printed on the soft "quilted" paper.. maybe $2 for a four pack,,, or 50 cents a roll.
