hahahaha thats so funny. ok try practicing in sand or grass so it won't hurt as much, or shallow water. Just try first to lean really far back slowly until you can touch your hands to the ground and make your body into a bridge then slowly make your back arch more and bring your hands backwards closer to your feet and see if you can swing your legs up over your head. just get the feel for going into a handstand backwards and eventually you will become more coordinated!
