My ex girlfriend works for aus goverment and she has been taking unauthorised funds from my bank account i went to her employers office today to ask the question if convicted would she loose her job they said yes should i go that far ? no names mentioned

The evidence is there she has stolen money from my company i can charge her she will loose her job in the federal gov have a record and have to pay it back should i give her the option to settle or lay charges her reputation will be destroyed for life?
