Depends what you mean by "gun". An 88mm howitzer packs a wallop, and a tank gun is pretty powerful. The C-130 and Apache helicopters have some amazing weaponry, including Gatling guns. (And I don't know this stuff at all; I'm sure there are far more powerful "guns" in the Army.) Of course, no one is going to schlep one of those "guns" through the bush on his back and set it up trailside, either.
