Maybe because they want to be judged by their god?!?

In their defense, most Christians I've encountered, and most theists in general, seem to be willing to live and let live without negative judgments. It's just a few bad apples that give the rest of them a bad name.

Because they are not true Christians.

Christians aren't the only ones who judge. I think it's human nature and some people just do it because they are miserable in thier own life. No matter what religion they may be.

Unbelievers love to quote this one. This is why we're supposed to be careful about casting peals before swine. They'll not know the right use of the teachings and twist them into an attack they think is sound.

We are only human. You judge. We all judge. Even the pope judges. Human nature. At least we aren't stoning you anymore. -4 for attempting to cause trouble. DR me back if you want. You rose the gavil.

Everyone judges every now and then. But christian teachings tell us not to judge anyone. Christian who do judge too much are the ones who think they are holier then thou. I believe in God and try not to judge others walk with God. I have been guilty on judging others on secular matters though even though I try not to do that as well.

Judge not, that ye be not judged is an admonition (warning) against hypocritical judging. Hypocritical judging is when one who judges is doing/does the same thing as the person he is judging. This is enforced by the following verses: Matthew 7:3-5 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye. Hypocritical judging is NOT simply being a sinner yourself and still judging others. If being sinful disqualifies us from judging, then we are ALL disqualified because we are ALL sinners (Romans 3:23). Yet the Text instructs us to make judgments. The next passage of Scripture evens calls for us to make judgments: Matthew 7:6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine,... One has to make a determination or judgment as to whether or not the person is a dog or swine. Hypocritical judgment is NOT when I make a judgment against something that I myself used to do in my past. That does not make me a hypcrite. For example, if I warn my daughter against using illegal drugs, even though I used to indulge in them habitually, I am NOT being hypocritical. I WOULD be a hypocrite if I caught her using drugs and passed judgment on her, EVEN THOUGH I was currently using them myself.
