There are numbers and number patterns, namely the Fibonacci Set, that correspond to observed phenomena and patterns in nature and reality in general, so if there are lucky numbers, it is those numbers which appear most common in the patterns resulting from the laws of reality.

I don't believe that magical properties are possessed by shapes that have been assigned arbitrary numerical values from the dawn of mathematical history.

Number 1 is luckiest for me. I do not know if this is psychological or not! But 1 does bring me luck.
-
No.
-
Favourites maybe, but not "lucky" numbers.
-
Not really. If one starts getting tied up with numbers it can get in the way of common sense.
-
Only when it wins in bets. lol (which did 3x for me)

There are a few. For instance, so many people think that 13 is unlucky that fewer people choose it in a lottery. So it's a very good choice. It's not more likely to win, but if it does win there will be fewer people to share the prize with.
-
No. There are interesting numbers and number sets but not lucky ones.
-
sometimes yes, sometimes no. you dont need to be that superstitious but it can be a nice cool thing if you believe in luck numbers
-
No, I've been playing my "lucky" numbers for years, and to no avail. *walks away under a ladder whilst stepping on the tail of a black cat*... :)
-
haha, nooo :P not at all superstitious to be honest
-
I have been blessed to win more money with the number 9, than any other. Is this a lucky number for me? No. winning something is not luck. Its a blessing from above.
-
My eldest daughter found 52 four leaf clovers the other day and a new job.
-
Absolutely not. I actually don't believe in luck at all. Things always happen for a reason, whether we know what that reason is or not.

It's possible to be "lucky" with numbers without being superstitious. One aspect is called "psychology." 13 for instance is mathematically just another number, but psychologically, it is different, largely because other people are superstitious. That affects their betting behaviors. Another aspect is called "probability." One might think two dice would have the same probability of totaling 2 as totaling 7, but in fact the 7 is six times more likely than the 2. Understanding these odds improves your chances of winning; you get "lucky" more often as a result.
