  • it takes time. its taken me since christmas to lose 15. i know thats a really long time buti did it the right way and now it will stay off. be active for 45 min to an hour every day and eat well but also have a cheat day where u can cheat.
  • i used to not like my body then i joined karate and it has helped me alot! i am now really fit, and i feel more confident and i can help people or myself if there is a life threatining situation. so my advise is to join a sport or somthng
