It gets better. At least, it did for me. Someone told me that the nicotine leaves your system after the first 3 days, and then the cravings are purely psychological. I don't know why, but knowing this information helped me with the cravings. Good luck. Being smoke free is better.

The key is never giving up. Concentrate on the cravings. They will become weaker and further apart after a time. Recognize them and what causes them. If you treat this like a game against yourself and you are indeed fighting an inner battle. You can beat this. Replace your cigs with altiods cinnamon breath mints . I've been clean for two years. It is not easy, but I'm here to tell you its possible. I never thought I'd be smoke-free. Good luck to you.
