Footsie is not gounds for a divorce, and definately not enough to predjudice a judge against you. At least not in a civilized country.

Hands and feet are actually identifiable. If that's not you in the picture, you're fine. If it is, you may have a problem.

Sounds like you two have some issues that are not coming to light. and you see a monetary means so you opt for divorce. think about what your asking, you want to be compensated for being married. the video is just an excuse. If you don't want to be with the man, then just leave, but I always wonder why a women feels she should be paid for the rest of her life for being married. did you ever think that he has suffered having you around, and should be compensated?

I'm confused... Is he attempting to blackmail you with "footsie"? That he'll put these on the internet if you don't accept divorce without compensation? He DOES know that blackmail is illegal, right? That you can have him arrested for trying it? And you can sue him for posting them online? "Footsie"... Are you saying foot sex? And body parts are visible? Is he saying that you played "footsie" (sexually or not) with another man, so now wants a divorce? Ever see those Dove soap commercials (I believe) where a mother and daughter showed their hands, and we were to guess which belonged to which? How many did you guess right? Unless there's a scar, a birthmark, a tattoo, etc., or some other identifying mark, how can he PROVE it's you? Is he just assuming? WAS it you? There are a LOT of questions, above, which need answering, and things for you to think about. If you are getting divorced, be sure to get your own lawyer, and talk to him about this, and whether or NOT it was really you.
