It is more a case of not having the ability to rein in those emotions or look at them objectively when your brain is tired and not firing on all cylinders.

If there was a definitive correlation, it probably would have been discovered by doctors or psychiatrists. It could just be the way your brain reacts to different amounts of sleep.

Only the negative feelings and emotions of anger, anxiety, sadness, and irritability. Positive feelings and emotions seem less affected.
