You could start by making sure you are picking her up and setting her down in the correct manner, in a way that will make her feel secure. Rabbits are ground animals and so they get very scared when they are picked up at first. But if you show the rabbit that you will hold them secure and make them safe, they will usually let you pick them up. But rabbit don't in general like to be held for long. Just long enough to do what you need to do is fine. They'd rather sit next to you and get petted than be in your arms too long, feeling scared.
