If the engine is blown, you need a new one. It will probably be cheaper and it will definitely be quicker.

blew the engine, that means its ruined,kaput...needs new...cheaper anyways to replace even if it could be rebuilt.....REPLACE....hire someone , on the side hopefully , who knows what to replace and how...if u have a tech.college with automotive dept...would be awesome....no mechanic fees..just supply motor and replace what they use..;)

Yes, you need to replace the engine. Don't bother; buy a new vehicle. The costs will be greater than the worth of the vehicle in almost all cases. (Reiterating most of what is above).. Running an engine out of oil is probably the most catastrophic failure you can induce by negligence. The entire engine as well as the transmission, driveshaft and possibly other drive components are typically completely destroyed when pistons seize in this situation.

I wouldn't bother trying to fix the engine. It would cost way more than just buying a used one. You should replace it with the V6 motor that has the same displacement as the one you have. If you decided to go with the larger engine you'd have to swap ECU's and rewire stuff.
