In America, no. People may act and or prefer the racist and byass world, but times are changing and people are becoming more educacted. Inless we go into some kind of out of the blue dark age(extremely unlikely, just adds a little comedy)and Americans dumb down and their taste for knowledge dies, then your answer is simply no.
