  • I'd try to lend support. However, recently we have discovered that someone on AB pulled a con/scam for two years here and tricked some people and hurt them very badly. So with that in mind, I would not send money because there would be no way for me to verify/validate/investigate whether the "need" was a con or real. Unfortunately when we observe deceit for no reason other than to hurt people, we become more careful in future encounters. Happy Saturday! :)
  • Offer suggestions, maybe do some on-line research, pray. Just because you've seen them on a web cam is NO promice that they are, who and what they say they are. Looks can be deceiving, unfortunately... All that glitters is not gold. Now a days there are cons who meet, date and marry before their true colors come out. Now, you'd think someone you spend some quality time with, in person, would be exactly who and what they say they are, wouldn't you? I hope your friend is true, but don't con yourself. A successful con is in the business of fooling those they deal with. Your friend may be pure as the driven snow, or not.
