According to a survey 2 weeks ago Cocaine and Ecstasy are becoming more common in usage.

I think there is a direct co-relation between the level of affluence and popularity of cocaine. I say this from the increased use of cocaine in developing countries, which have sections of population who are getting more affluent. It is the newly affluent younger generations in these countries that are getting hooked to cocaine as the drug of choice for recreational use.
