Is it legal for a minor to buy ingredients to make beer?

I have a beer making kit and when I bought it, they checked ID, and when I go online to buy more ingredients it says you must be 21. So I'd say it IS illegal but I doubt thats stopping anyone

I would say that a peraon of any age should be able to obtain the ingredients If you were to buy them seperately and not from a beer brewers web sight. yeast is available in the super market so is barley and malt and sugar.

I would not think so. I have a still and I have never been asked for ID when buying corn, distillers yeast, copper tubing, or ice. Although I was asked about the corn. I told them it was for my chickens I keep at my mom in the county. I see you make beer would you like to learn to build a still?
