  • Eat a little protein w/that water. Did you know you should eat about every three hours? Sounds to me as if you should listen to your body.
  • My wife started doing this last week, and she drinks 1 Liter of water (Bout 4 Cups) before every meal and lost 7 lbs in 10 days. She is excited. I hope it you can make it work for you too.
  • Don't drink over the recommended amount of water per day. You can get brain damage from it.
  • it not healthy but not just that you can do bodily ham to yourself. When your hungry you should try chewing gum. That helps me.
  • It's good to eat every 3-4 hours actually. Eat raw veggies, little bit of cheese or little bit of nuts. Water is good too but you need to keep your metabolism working so it doesn't become sluggish, and you don't end up pigging out at the end of the day.
  • It always works for me....actually somedays I just live on fluids. I drink so much water I think I'll float away and I'm not hungry ever
  • There were several years of my life that I think water sustained me; I ate very little during that time. I do think water is wonderful for you and helps curb the appetite.
